Paella
Paella has bits of everything we love: rice, seafood, and most importantly, socarrat which is the crispy burnt parts. The Valencian tradition of cooking on a flat pan, rice from Spain, adding saffron which gives that golden hue, broth and of course, lots of seafood!
Gambas Al Ajillo
Fresh briny shrimp cooked together with garlic and olive oil, a classic Spanish Tapas. Served with a crusty bread to soak up all that flavour.
Cold Cuts & Cheese Platter
A variety of cheese such as Queso Manchego, Queso de Cabara along with cold cuts like Jamon Iberico & Chorizo is a truly Spanish delicacy that is best paired with Wine.
